Sargun Singh is the founding attorney of Singh & Kaur Law, where he brings a results-driven and client-centered approach to every matter. He focuses his practice on business law, real estate, immigration, and estate planning, providing comprehensive legal solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, families, and businesses.

With a strong background in business and corporate law, Sargun assists entrepreneurs and companies with contract drafting, business formation, acquisitions, and compliance. His real estate practice covers both commercial and residential transactions, ensuring clients are protected at every stage of a purchase, sale, or development. In the area of immigration law, he helps clients navigate complex visa, residency, and naturalization processes with care and precision. He also advises families on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and succession planning, to protect their legacies and provide peace of mind.

Sargun earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago and his Juris Doctor from UIC School of Law. Sargun is licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Outside of his legal practice, Sargun enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with his family, which helps him stay grounded and connected to the values he brings to his work.
